Booking an Appointment

To book an appointment at LAWC, call us at 519-432-2204. Women and girls are supported in making their own choices about service delivery and the decision to participate in LAWC services is your decision. If a support person contacts us on your behalf to make an appointment, we will first need to speak with you directly to obtain your consent.

When you call, you will be asked for your name and a safe phone number. If you wish to remain anonymous and provide an alternative name, that is okay! If you do not have a safe phone number, let us know.  Your safety is the priority and we will not attempt to contact you if it is unsafe. All telephone calls made from LAWC will be displayed as either a private or unknown number.

You will usually be scheduled to attend an Intake Information Session.

LAWC provides outreach appointments to women and girls who cannot attend at the office due to safety concerns. Outreach may occur at various social service agencies and at the Elgin-Middlesex Detention Centre. Please inform us if you require an outreach appointment.
